The Reserve at Lake Tyler is a restricted, private and gated community tucked away between Lake Tyler East and Lake Tyler in eastern Smith County. Large forested home sites are situated on winding roads and cul-de-sacs with many located on the community’s three secluded lakes. Residents and their guests enjoy the beautiful, natural scenery and abundant wildlife throughout the neighborhood.
The Reserve at Lake Tyler is located approximately 7 miles southeast of Tyler, TX between Eastside Road and CR 285. The Reserve community can be accessed from both roads through separate entrances.
